My St.Patrick's Day quilt I designed for my brother Paul is now on the cover of the Irish Quilting Magazine issue 17.

You can purchase it in about ten days at JoAnn's or Barnes and Noble. My quilt is the cream and green one., on the lest side.

101 Patchwork Patterns challenge

I made a quilt for Buckboard Quilts, in Oklahoma City. She is raising money to feed  starving children.
My inspiration came from the 101 Patchwork Patterns by Ruby McKim.
She had a block called Basket of Oranges. I modified the block to make it bigger, and added a border. If you are interested in making a quilt go to http://www.buckboardquilts.com/ and make a 22" quilt. It is fast and fun.

It was great to have a snow day. I got a lot of quilting done. I tried some hand quilting but broke two needles.
My daughter gave me some vitamins earlier in the day, she said I would feel like Super Man, boy I think she's got something there.
